CBC(Complete Blood Count):

Haemoglobin= Absorption ÷ Factor × 15.06

TLC = After Leishmen stain focus on microscope at 40X Lense. Count 10 field (10 field ÷ 10 × 2,000)

Platelet = After Leishmen stain focus on microscope at 100X Lense. Count 10 field (10 field ÷ 10 × 15,000)

Packed Cell Volume(Hematocrit) = Haemoglobin × 3

Mean Corpuscular Volume = PCV × 10 ÷ RBC

Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin = HB × 10 ÷ RBC

Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin Concentration = HB × 100 ÷ PCV

RBC = HB / 3
